Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At GIVI, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every item shipped is guaranteed to be brand new, in excellent condition, and matches the product description and images displayed on our website.
1. Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

The product received differs from what has been purchased.

The product has a manufacturer defect or being out of expectation.
2. Conditions

Requests for exchange must be made within 3 days from the date product is received.

Each customer is allowed one-time exchange only.

Proof of purchase is required to return.

Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Items should be returned unused as per its original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The replacement product must be of equal or higher value. If the selected replacement has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

Promotional or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

The purchased item is out of stock and therefore cannot be fulfilled.

An overpayment has occurred during the checkout process.
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed. The actual time taken for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Delivery fee to product return shall be borne by the customer.
Please include the product, delivery note, and invoice (receipt of purchase) in the package. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect the product according to our return policy and inform you of the outcome via phone or message.
