1. Warranty Period

1. 1. All GIVI products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

   2. Hard cases are covered under an extended 2-year warranty.

2. What’s Covered? 

1. 1. Replacement of faulty components (as confirmed by GIVI’s authorised distributor).

   2. Only the defective part will be replaced, not the entire item.

   3. Product must be used and maintained according to GIVI guidelines.

   4. For GIVI cases, warranty is valid only when used with an original GIVI rack system.

3. What’s Not Covered? 

1. 1. Misuse, rough handling, accidents, or transport damage.

   2. Damage from chemicals, heat, or prolonged sun exposure (including fading of neon colours). 

   3. Normal wear and tear.

   4. Repairs or modifications by unauthorised parties.
